I’m a UX writer, conversation designer and content strategist who’s spent more than a decade helping brands of all shapes and sizes inform and connect with their target audiences. I love the co-creation process and building experiences framed by words, pictures and ideas that ignite curiosity and inspire action.
I hail from the mountains of Western North Carolina but have called Louisville, Kentucky home since 2011 — where I live in a century-old bungalow with my husband, Chris and 2 rescue pups. I’m a people person who loves mid-century modern decor, visiting new and familiar places, listening to podcasts and devising craft coffee and cocktail concoctions.
